Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. - 9 p.m.*
Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

*Note: In-person support is available in the Horn Center Lobby, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.; and in the Library, Monday - Thursday, 8 a.m. - 9 p.m., and Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Outside of regular service hours, basic support and issue escalation is available by email and phone, except during campus closure days.
