Service Overview

An array of University telephone services provided for the campus community, but mainly operational departments and employees.

Service Details

Desk phones, fax lines, hunt groups, pickup groups, traditional voice mail, unified messaging that sends voice mail to your email inbox, Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), end-of-month reports, directory information updated daily, and mobile devices are provided through Telecommunication Services.
