Service Overview

The University provides business email services, which include personal and resource calendaring, contacts, tasks, and notes.  Services also include: 

  • Other business-related @csulb mailboxes (Shared/Resource/Service accounts)
  • Email distribution groups 
  • Bulk emailing lists for approved business purposes
  • Email desktop client (Outlook)
  • Office 365 Cloud Apps (Email, OneDrive, Office, SharePoint, Skype)

Anti-Spam Email Services

CSULB uses a variety of mechanisms to protect the campus and its employees from email spam and viruses. In-coming and out-going campus email is scanned for potential threats using security appliances.
