(All other staff and faculty should first refer to their area's technical support.)

Service Details

Only available to campus technical staff, network enabling services include DNS record changes and corrections, DHCP relay/DHCP address failures, static/fixed IP address assignment, and server IP assignment. These services may be requested by opening a technical ticket in TDNext:

  • Data Ports
  • Domain Name System (DNS)
  • Firewall Services
  • Port Security
  • VLAN Service
