Service Overview

Desktop Support Services are provided to employees at the division, college and department levels across campus.  Services are provided only for Universtity-owned computers and technology.  Desktop Support Services is your main point of contact for technical support.

Service Details

Though services may vary by college or department, services generally include but may not be limited to:

  • Managing University-owned secured desktop workstations and laptops
  • Connecting to peripheral resources such as printers, copiers, scanners
  • Installation and configuration of University-licensed software/hardware
  • Support for local file share drives
  • Support for standard email clients
  • Hardware and software consultation procurement, installation, and setup

This is a distributed service with several Desktop Support teams working collaboratively across campus.  You can contact your specific Technical Coordinator or Team based on your college or department.
