Using Moderated @csulb Distribution Groups

Overview

Moderated distribution groups allow messages to be reviewed and approved (or rejected) by a designated moderator before being sent to all recipients.

Instructions

1. A sender emails the distribution group.

2. The moderator receives an approval request email.

3. The moderator can:

   • Approve the message (it will be delivered to the group).

   • Reject the message (it will not be delivered).
