Overview
Creating a moderated distribution group sets up a message approval process for the distribution group. In other words, before a message could be sent out, it must be approved by the moderator, who also has access to reject a message.
Instructions
- The process begins with a message that is sent to the desired distribution group.
- Moderator will receive an email requested approval to approve or reject the message. A copy of the message to be released can be found in the Message line. Double click on the message to view its contents.
- The message will be distributed if you select "Approve". It will not be distributed if you select "Reject."
