IT Help Tickets: Creating and Viewing Tickets

The Information Technology (IT) Help System is designed for students, faculty, and staff to report issues, ask questions, and make suggestions. 

Creating a Ticket

To create a ticket, first navigate to the IT Help System by logging into Single Sign-On and selecting the IT Help chiclet. On the left-hand side, select Open a Ticket then select the ticket you would like to create. Please make sure to fill out the subject and description boxes and be as detailed as possible. Feel free to add an attachment to provide further information about your request. When you are done filling out all the required information, select the Request button to submit your ticket. 

Viewing Your Tickets

To view the requests that you have made in the past, click on the View My Ticket Requests option. You can either search for a ticket or view the list of tickets at the bottom of the screen. Click on the title of the ticket to see the details.
