Internet Explorer Browser Settings Workarounds for CFS Users

Some users may experience errors when accessing CMS HRSA using Internet Explorer. There are two workarounds for this problem:

  1. Instruct them to use another browser such as FireFox or Chrome.  Please note, FireFox is recommended if the user needs to access Enrollment Services documents within CMS HRSA. The attached document describes steps to enable the security exception should they encounter a secure connection failure.
  2. If the user prefers or needs to use Internet Explorer, please do the following:
    1. Within Internet Explorer, click on the gear

    2. Select Compatibility View Settings

    3. Make sure “Display intranet sites in Compatibility View” is unchecked and there are no entries for *csulb.edu or https://cmsweb.cms.csulb.edu/psp/ in added websites
