Opening Shared Calendars in Outlook

To open a shared calendar in Outlook, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Calendar view by clicking the calendar icon.
  2. Select "Add Calendar" in the top ribbon. Note - some views you will need to click on the ...
  3. Choose "Open Shared Calendar" and enter the name of the person who shared their calendar with you.
