Office 365 Microsoft Outlook App Email Setup

Below are the steps to setup email on your mobile device (Android or iOS) to synchronize mail, calendar and contacts with the CSULB email service

To remove your University provided email from your Microsoft Outlook App:

  1. Tap the Outlook icon on the Home screen
  2. Tap Gear Icon
  3. Select your University provided Email Account
  4. Press the red Delete Account option at the bottom of the screen and confirm deletion

To add your University provided email using the Microsoft Outlook App:

  1. Tap the Outlook icon
  2. Tap Email Address and enter your full email address (e.g. Prospector.Pete@csulb.edu). If you have an existing email account configured, tap the Gear
  3. Tap Add Account
  4. On the CSULB Single Sign-On screen:
    • Tap and Enter your campus email address
    • Tap and Enter your Password
    • Tap Sign In
  5. Tap Maybe Later
  6. Tap the Right arrow (3 times) or tap Skip
