Managing Microsoft 365 Groups for Call Queues (Regular and Channelized)

Teams Call Queues that may require more than 20 agents or members to answer calls are best served by using a Microsoft 365 Group. 

If a Microsoft 365 Group needs to be created, and assigned to the call queue, please open a service request here: Service - Telephone Service.

Call Queues that have been channelized may use a Microsoft 365 Group, or their Microsoft Team as their call queue members.
