Background
The current CSULB version of L-Soft Maestro is reaching end of support and requires an upgrade to a newer supported version, which is Maestro 11. On March 31, 2025, Maestro will be upgraded. The upgrade introduces some key changes:
- Updated Interface: Maestro 11 will have a more modern look and new navigational menu. The email broadcast steps will remain the same but will have a new appearance.
- Simplified Login: Your login will be simplified by using your campus single sign-on credentials.

The Maestro 11 User Guide (PDF) can be referenced for the common tasks used for email broadcasts.
