Introduction
Snagit, developed by TechSmith, is a versatile screen capture and screen recording software available for both Windows and macOS. It is popular tool for capturing images, creating tutorials, and enhancing productivity. Snagit is available for faculty and staff through Campus Software or the Company Portal on campus loaned devices. The instruction below is for installation on personal devices.
How to Download and Install Snagit
1. Go to sso.csulb.edu, sign in with your CSULB credentials, and visit Campus Software.

2. Click 'Select Software' on the Campus Software landing page.
3. Navigate to the Techsmith tab and select Snagit.

4. Select your platform (Windows or Mac) then add Snagit to your cart.
5. View your cart then check out the software.
6. Upon checkout, click the Instructions link in your order details.

7. Go to the TechSmith Snagit Download site.
8. Allow the Snagit installation file to download to your computer.
9. Run the installation file found in your Downloads folder.
10. Once Snagit has installed, open the software and select 'Enter Software Key.'

11. Enter the license key found in your order details pictured in step 6.
