Adobe Creative Cloud - Sign-In Process

​​​​​​These instructions apply to Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS based operating systems

  1. Install Adobe Creative Cloud on your computer and open it.
  2. Enter your CSULB email address in to the Email Address field, and click on ContinueImage of Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop logon window
  3. Click on Company or School Account

  5. You will be prompted to sign in to single sign-on and MFA for approval. Image displaying Single Sign-On with campus credentials being requested.

  7. Once you are signed in you can install all the applications provisioned to you by clicking on Install next to each package. Image displaying Creative Cloud Desktop apps section
