Unlinking CSULB OneDrive Account from Outlook Client (PC/Windows)

Issue

If a user is having trouble accessing their OneDrive files locally (e.g., saving changes or syncing files), unlinking their OneDrive client and then signing back in may resolve the issue.

Instructions

  1. From your desktop's bottom-right toolbar, click on the arrow to access those applications. 
  2. Click on the Cloud icon for OneDrive. Desktop view showing OneDrive app from the bottom toolbar menu
  3. From the menu, click on More. OneDrive menu window options
  4. Select Settings 
  5. Select Unlink this PC  OneDrive account settings showing Unlink this PC option
  6. Click Unlink Account Window asking permission to unlink account
