Unlinking CSULB OneDrive Account from Outlook Client (Mac)

Issue

If a user is having trouble accessing their OneDrive files locally (e.g., saving changes or syncing files), unlinking their OneDrive client and then sign back in may resolve the issue.

Instructions

Below are instructions on how to unlink a CSULB OneDrive account from Outlook client on a Macbook device. 

Note:  Local OneDrive files will not be deleted, but acking the files up is suggested.  Make sure to copy and paste the files onto a new location and not cut and paste. 

  1. Click on the OneDrive icon on the upper toolbar.  OneDrive icon found on the toolbar
  2. Click on More  OneDrive options to click on More and Preferences
  3. Select Preferences
  4. Go to the Account tab.  Showing the Account tab and option to select Unlink this Mac
  5. Select Unlink this Mac
