Remove a certificate only when needed.
Why remove the certificate? Your device may have saved outdated security information for the Wi-Fi network. Removing the old certificate lets your device create a fresh, updated connection.

1. Open Settings → Wi-Fi.
2. Tap the information icon (ⓘ) next to eduroam.
3. Tap Forget This Network, then confirm.
4. Repeat for BeachGuests if it appears.
5. Reconnect to eduroam.
Remove a certificate
1. Open Settings and search for VPN.
2. Select VPN & Device Management.
3. Select the California State University Long Beach eduroam profile.
4. Select Remove Profile and confirm.
5. Reconnect to eduroam.
1. Open System Settings → Wi-Fi.
2. Open the known or preferred networks list. On some versions, select Advanced.
3. Find eduroam, open the three-dot menu, and choose Remove from List. On older versions, select the network and use the minus (–) button.
4. Also remove BeachGuests, beachnet-guest-access, and beachnet+ if they appear.
5. Select Done to save your changes, then reconnect to eduroam.
Remove the Wi-Fi profile or certificate
1. Open System Settings and search for Profiles.
2. Select Profiles, choose the Wi-Fi profile associated with eduroam, and click the minus (–) button.
3. Select Remove, then enter your Mac login password if prompted.
4. If no profile appears, open Spotlight Search, search for Keychain Access, and open it.
5. In the login keychain, search for eduroam or csulb.edu. Delete only the certificate or network entry clearly associated with eduroam.
6. Return to System Settings → Wi-Fi, forget eduroam (if it is still listed), and reconnect using your CSULB email address and password.
1. Open Settings → Wi-Fi.
2. Tap the settings icon next to eduroam.
3. Tap Forget.
4. Reconnect to eduroam.
Remove a certificate
1. Open Settings.
2. Go to Security & privacy → More security settings → Encryption & credentials.
3. Under Credential storage, select Clear credentials to remove all certificates, or select User credentials to remove a specific certificate.
4. Reconnect to eduroam.
1. Open Settings → Network & Internet.
2. Select Wi-Fi → Manage known networks.
3. Select eduroam and choose Forget.
4. Also forget BeachGuests, beachnet-guest-access, and beachnet+ if they appear.
5. Reconnect to eduroam.
Remove a certificate
1. Use Windows Search to search for certificate, then open Manage user certificates.
2. In the left pane, select Personal → Certificates.
3. Find the certificate whose name ends with @student.csulb.edu or @csulb.edu.
4. Right-click the certificate and choose Delete.
5. Reconnect to eduroam.
1. Open Settings → Wi-Fi.
2. Select Known networks.
3. Find eduroam and open the three-dot menu.
4. Select Forget.
5. Reconnect to eduroam.
Remove a certificate
1. Open Chrome and enter chrome://settings in the address bar.
2. Expand Advanced.
3. Select Manage certificates.
4. Open Your Certificates.
5. Delete each entry associated with CSULB.
6. Reconnect to eduroam.
